Today, when a new person joins a company, someone in HR or IT has to jump between a dozen tools to buy a laptop, enroll it in MDM, apply security policies, create accounts, assign licences, add them to the right groups, remove access when they leave, and hope nothing breaks in between.
Primo connects all of this into one place. From one screen, our customers can see their people, their devices and their tools, then onboard or offboard someone in a few clicks.
We work mainly with modern SMBs, roughly 100 to 500 people. For them, IT work is often done by one overloaded person who also has other things to do. When Primo works well, that person spends far less time on repetitive admin and can finally focus on more useful work. The goal is very simple: make messy IT work feel clean, safe and fast.
We are at a very specific moment: the product is live, we have paying customers who push us every week, and we are about to accelerate hiring and go after bigger deals. You would join just before that curve bends, when the team is still small and every decision has a visible impact on how we scale.
We are based in Paris and work in a hybrid way. For this role, we want someone who lives in or around Paris and is happy to come to the office regularly to work closely with the product and engineering team.
We are an EPD-first company (Engineering, Product, Design). You will be the second Product Designer at Primo. You'll join as a senior partner with significant influence over how the entire product looks, feels, and behaves.
Your job: turn a complex IT backend into a calm, clear interface that people actually enjoy using. Done well, we'll build one of those products that feels obvious once you've seen it—and very hard to live without.
